Raising $62,292 to Keep Red Mountain Park Evergreen

Red Mountain Park is a 1,500-acre public urban park that encloses a 4.5-mile-long section of Red Mountain, a prominent ridge that passes through Birmingham, Alabama.

The woodland park contains closed mines and other artifacts of the city's industrial history. Red Mountain Park is one of the nation’s largest industrial archeological sites. To support the park, T.C. McLemore, Executive Director at Red Mountain Park and Lauren Spalding, Director of Membership partnered with Samantha Richardson (SAMRICH) to create a peer to peer fundraising campaign on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using Swell Fundraising.

“SAMRICH’s designs really captured the magic of the Park & helped bring the Campaign to life!”

Lauren Spalding, Director of Membership at Red Mountain Park
